Great customer service. I went in early to have my Ford Edge serviced for a part replacement on a recall, an oil change, battery replacement for my remote control and tire I went in early to have my Ford Edge serviced for a part replacement on a recall, an oil change, battery replacement for my remote control and tire rotation and balance. Service team said my car will not be ready until 3pmish. I sorta figured it would be a while so I said ok. Amazingly enough, that didn’t happen. I was out in under 3 hours. That’s what I’m talkin bout (smile). I’ve been a FORD GIRL for over 40 years. American made and the people at Ford service centers never disappoint. Thank you! More

Dropped truck off for service department to look into possible transmission issue, was told I needed a new transmission. Took the truck to another shop and turned out to be a programming issue and noth possible transmission issue, was told I needed a new transmission. I will never bring anything I own to yall again . This is 100 % you guys fault for not even checking to see if what your recommending is truly needed. There's always a ying/yang to the unauthorized inspection work they do on presumably every car they take in. They say they have a responsibility to inspect for safety items etc. I say they're just trying t work they do on presumably every car they take in. But I explained I was in a hurry, so I didn't expect them to keep my car for over an hour for a simple issue, so when I received back a laundry list of things I should do to the car, I was very unhappy as I already knew about them, it was a waste of time. I don't use the dealership for oil changes, filters and brakes as they charge double elsewhere. So if you use this dealerships service, just know they're going to take the time to inspect your car whether you authorize it or not. More
