I have had two Exploerer bought and service led for the time I had the vehicles. The first one I drove to 230,000 with only one majors repair. That being said, this purchase experience was above average, or average and enjoyable, as they all had nice personalities, but it was clear to me this time around there was a changing of the guard, and nobody knew what the product was all about education of the sales staff would be my highest priority, if I planned on succeeding with this dealership going forward, I won’t name names because I actually went through several people before we got the job done and the end result was what I wanted so I can’t complain More
