Came here for 100,000 service (had already had spark plugs, and cooling system flush prior to this visit). So basically an overpriced oil change and “world class inspection”. They wasted my time (sched plugs, and cooling system flush prior to this visit). So basically an overpriced oil change and “world class inspection”. They wasted my time (scheduling me when the mechanic who could fix open recalls on my truck wasn’t working), took 4 hours longer than promised, and returned my truck leaking oil. I had to call them 4 times before I could get a person on the phone and schedule bringing my truck in to fix whatever they had messed up. “Service advisor” wanted me to leave it for a few days, no loaner- after I said I’d deal with the manager and ended the call, she called back 5 minutes later- they would fix it while I waited, and scheduled me to come in the next day. The service dept was not expecting me, service advisor got my truck in, after an hour said the seal around the plug was dry and needed replacement- but at my 100,000 check he didn’t think to check that when he was changing my oil?!! I Was told they’d have me ready to go shortly- walked out where I could see my truck on the rack. Nobody doing anything to it. Two mechanics chatting and laughing. Up to this point they had not even apologized that I had to come back right after they did my oil change. Now service advisor calls me over and proceeds to show me the cover over my cv axle is split almost completely apart. This went from being perfectly fine during my “world class inspection” to being a wide open spot - a few days?!!! Also not happy I had just had my driveway professionally power washed- and now I have oil spots from the leak you sent me home with. To think I chose the inconvenience, extra expense of going to the dealership because I thought I’d get better, more competent service. More

Had my truck diagnosed and they determined the leaf spring needed replacement. I was told they would order it and call me when it came in. Was told this was covered under my extended warranty. I dropped off the truck. 4 days later I get a call. Sorry this repair isn’t covered under your extended warranty and Ford is denying to cover it as well. What a waste of time, money and energy. These guys have always been good in the past but just Mike many businesses, seem to be going downhill as far as customer service. Highly disappointed More
