NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE!!! Oh, this just got a lot worse. I was just traveling at a fairly high rate of speed when my transmission dropped into 1st gear causing some serious fish tailing. This is part of a recall from 2022. 2022! I could have died! I bought my truck from Jim Ellis Ford in Sandy Springs. Its been at Mall of Georgia Ford twice. Its been to several dealerships! Yeah, that engine light meant something very important and, it was ignored! I'm livid at this point. This is my work truck and I'm stuck either renting a truck or missing work. This is incompetence at very least. Anyone know a good lawyer? Mr. Oliver, the Mall of Georgia Ford rep reached out to me then went silent after I sent him my contact details. I've been a Ford man for over 50 years and this is maddening beyond words. What the actual flock?!? Frustrated beyond words. My truck is actually dangerous to drive.
