Took my 2019 truck for transmission problems. They would not replace the transmission but instead they did a quick fix to patch up the problem. I took it back to let them know I'm still having the same problem (hard shift and feels like someone hits you from the back when it does it). They checked it and said they didn't hear or find anything wrong. I drive it to work everyday in Atlanta traffic and it keeps doing it. I told them again and they kept saying that nothing is wrong. We told them to drive long distance and they keep just driving it for a few miles and that is it. We have another exact same truck and they had to replaced the whole transmission with only 70,000 miles on it. Not happy with the service provided. They should've replaced the transmission from the beginning like we suggested, but they wanted to save money and not doing it correctly. I will not be taking my truck back to the dealership or buying another vehicle from them. More
