Had an appointment for a simple oil change. It took over 2 hours. Handed my key fob and I asked why it took so long, "we're busy on Fridays." Well, then don't keep so many appointments open. No concern on the employees at all. I will not be back. Block appointments that show available, if you can't meet satisfactory turn arounds. Only 2 chairs with laptop tables remaining in waiting area, time for a refresh. More

This is the second time I brought my vehicle in for service. The first time they could not duplicate the issue. So, this time I drove the vehicle directly to the service center while it was experienci service. The first time they could not duplicate the issue. So, this time I drove the vehicle directly to the service center while it was experiencing the issue. I also explicitly told the service writer not to turn off the vehicle because it will clear the issue. Unsurprisingly, we received a message that they could not duplicate the issue. Amazing!! When we experience the vehicle go into limp mode every time we drive it. The communication and updates have also been terrible. After several days of hearing nothing, we had to reach out an ask for an update. More

The oil filter was not tightened properly and was leaking.. I hope the loss of oil dd not damage the motor. I took it back to get ithe filter tightened and oil addd.
