Your finance guy, Brian, lied from the get go. I am in a vehicle that I can't tag here and that we paid taxes on here. Now that taxes have been given to GA...we have to turn around and pay taxes again to Florida because GA is keeping the taxes and MOG Ford was just interested in making a sale and did not care at all about the rest. It is costing us $700 to re-title the vehicle and I will have to be a 'borrower' of the vehicle. Brian and Phil acted very ignorant to the entire situation all along and I had my parents drive here from ORLANDO to purchase this car. I could have just gone down to Florida and had them buy the car there and avoided paying taxes twice. Now, I find Brian and Phil and most of the staff to be extremely rude and non-caring about how they handled all of this because they knew that they were going to get a bad rating from us on the Ford review that was sent out. They even gave me a hard time about another temp tag that ended on Christmas day when all of this was their fault because my father could not tag a car here with a FL licence. I found all of them unprofessional and deceitful. All of this has cost us a lot more money than we had planned, especially since the vehicle was purchased on Nov 16th and it is Jan 25th and we STILL HAVE NO TAG and will be paying double taxes. Not happy campers.

I see that you put a message that it was unfortunate that 'we could not get by the DMV to transfer the tag' THAT WAS NOT THE PROBLEM!!!! CAN YOU READ???? YOUR PEOPLE SAID THAT WE WOULD BE ABLE TO TRANSFER THE TAG! THIS WAS NOT TRUE! YOU CANNOT TRANSFER THE TAG ANY LONGER IF YOU HAVE A LICENSE FROM ANOTHER STATE. THERE ARE DIFFERENT RULES NOW. SO WE PAID GA TAXES AND FLORIDA TAXES ON THE SAME VEHICLE! WE COULD HAVE JUST BOUGHT IT IN FLORIDA!!!! Brian AND Phil both kept saying the same thing over and over, that he wouldn't have to go in person to transfer it and that it would be no problem, we it was a HUGE problem!!! You have no idea what a huge problem it has been and how much it has cost us! I am severely disappointed by your lack of ownership to this problem. None of you have taken any accountability given any type of apologies and only put the blame on us! Shame on ALL OF YOU!!!!!
