Customer no service, service rep was a smartass! Everything is great BUT NOW I NEED HELP!! L I bought my 2013FORD FOCUS (pre-owned) last JANUARY 31 from MALL OF GA FORD.Everything has been FANTASTIC BUT NOW, it has been three weeks since I was I bought my 2013FORD FOCUS (pre-owned) last JANUARY 31 from MALL OF GA FORD.Everything has been FANTASTIC BUT NOW, it has been three weeks since I was there for a scheduled maintenance and YESTERDAY AS I DROVE INTO ATLANTA FOR WORK A LIGHT AND EXCLAMATION MARK CAME ON MY SCREEN THAT SAID TRANSMISSION FAULT,SERVICE NOW AND MY CAR SLOWED DOWN TO @ 30 MILES PER HOUR. Having scheduled apps that I could not cancel at the last moment, I had to wait and drive my car back home and it took me 2 hours--I JUST HAD TO BE PATIENT. Then this SUNDAY MORNING, I went on-line to make an appt or leave my name and there was nowhere to explain my situation SO I HAD TO WRITE THIS REVIEW IN HOPES THAT SOMEONE WOULD SEE IT AND CALL ME ASAP MONDAY AM AS SOON AS THE SERVICE DEPT OPENS(7:00am) so I can BRING IN MY CAR FOR AN INSPECTION BECAUSE I NEED MY CAR AND I HAVE A VERY BUSY WEEK AND I WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY CAR SO I CAN GET BACK ON THE ROAD AS SOON AS IT IS REPAIRED.!! From WHAT I HAVE READ ON GOOGLE, HOPEFULLY THIS IS ONLY A FAULTY SENSOR, BUT I DON'T KNOW AND CAN'T WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME IN THE AM, MONDAY, FEB 6th!! Trade 2/Purchase 2 My husband and I went to Mall of Georgia Ford to trade in our truck and SUV. We were introduced to Shane Harrison who went above and beyond to help My husband and I went to Mall of Georgia Ford to trade in our truck and SUV. We were introduced to Shane Harrison who went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. The process of purchasing two vehicles was very smooth and quick. Shane also made sure the vehicles we purchased were clean and full of gas. He made sure before we left that we were very familiar with our vehicles. Even paired my phone to the car for me.
