I met Len Allen at the Mall of GA Ford dealership to test drive a Ford Focus. I was seriously considering the Focus, Cruze, Civiv, Mazda3, Elantra or Corolla. Within a few weeks, I had narrowed my search t drive a Ford Focus. I was seriously considering the Focus, Cruze, Civiv, Mazda3, Elantra or Corolla. Within a few weeks, I had narrowed my search to the Ford Focus because I liked the Focus better than the others in most every area. I visited several Ford Dealerships in the North Metro area of Atlanta and in Charleston, SC. I enjoyed working with Len more than any of them. He listened to what I wanted, wasnt defensive when I talked about the competition, answered my questions honestly and was friendly throughout the entire process. When it came time to discuss the price seriously the entire team at Ford helped. Dale Lawrence worked with one day when Len was off. I have never enjoyed buying a car and going through the song and dance routine of price negotiation. At the same time I always push hard to get the best price. This experience was the best car buying experience I have had. (This is the eleventh vehicle I have bought for me or my family over the years) The worst part of most car deals is the finance office. Roger was excellent. He was knowledgeable, fast, effecient, polite and did not push unwanted or unneeded products. He simply told me what was available. Delivery was quick. Explaining the technology was good. There is so much to learn, that you need the basics first and then as you drive it is easier to learn more of what the vehicle tech can do for you. I have already recommended the dealer, salesman (Len Allen) and Finance (Roger) to a friend who has contacted the dealer already. I will continue to recommend Mall of GA Ford because I like the car, (Focus)I appreciated the sales experience and the details like financing and delivery were top notch. Sincerely, Bob Jolly More
I've N/A'd the price. I used x-plan so I cannot comment on the haggling process. I can say that this is not a high pressure sales dealership. They don't give you the hard sell, if you don't want something on the haggling process. I can say that this is not a high pressure sales dealership. They don't pull that 'we are in control you have to wait' shtick that other dealerships seem to love so much. One of those rare dealerships that seem more interested in cultivating a loyal repeat customer base than jamming every customer and never seeing them again. More

I stopped in to have a fuse replaced on my 2008 Navigator. I was shopping for a new car and started looking at stickers. A salesman gave me a test ride in a 2012 Limited Explorer which I assumed w Navigator. I was shopping for a new car and started looking at stickers. A salesman gave me a test ride in a 2012 Limited Explorer which I assumed was new. As we drove he said it had every option available on the limited vehicle. Since I was prepared to buy a 2013 I assumed i get a deal on the 2012. The sticker price was 41K. After dealing with the manager I was sold on the completely loaded 2012....After reviewing the paperwork I see that this is a used car. Once I realize that they came off $6000 immediatly. I was rushed for a Football game and paid cash plus trade it. I flew to Denver for the game came back and realized that this did not have all the options and after reviewing the price I could have purchased a brand new 2013 model, limited edition with all the options. This is the most dishonest dealer I ever met and I am 55 and have owned dozens of cars. After looking more closely there are paint chips stained leather and I am stuck as Georgia has no law to protect consumers. Stay away from this dealer, the comments on this site are bogus as I have spoken with others and they have all had games played by this dealer. What I am pursuing now is they would not let me leave and would not give me the keys to my car they were looking at for trade in. There are honest dealers and worth the drive. Stay away from these guys. They also wanted me to finance the car and pay it off in three months so they could steal from Ford Credit. That should have had me call the police to get my keys back More

This was our second purchase of a new ford focus in the past year. The first experience is why we came back and this second one was even better. I normally hate purchasing a new car, but with this dealership I have had a lot of fun bargaining and they all take it in stride. I was able to get what I wanted and they sold another car. Thanks for a fun 3 hours. This one was for our daughter. We wanted her to have an economical and safe automobile, which is why we chose to purchase our second new Focus. Even when I take my other Focus in for service they always treat us as special customers. No matter where we end of living in the U.S. ALL our future cars will be purchased from Mall of Georgia Ford. Our first Focus is currently getting over 38 miles to the gallon after 12,000 miles. We could not be happier with this car. It is fun to drive and since last October when we purchased our first Focus, my Chrysler Van has been mostly parked. it cost $80 to fill the van, $30 the Focus and I can travel the same distance. That's a no brainer. We highly recommend MOGF and often tell our friends to go and check them out. Rey, Miwako and Emi More

I had visited the dealer earlier in the month and came close to a number but was still about $700 off of what I was willing to pay. This was after I walked out and they ran out into the parking lot after me with their "final number" Fast forward to July 31st I called the dealer and told them I received a $750 coupon in the mail and that I will stop by later in the week to buy the truck. The salesman begged me to come in that day since it was the end of the month and I wouldn't get the pricing they offered after that day. I was actually driving north over an hour away and he told me they would honor the coupon and he would personally give me $100 out of his own pocket. I agreed to take a trip to the dealer, they had the truck right out front, ready to go. I get inside and he goes "we cant accept the coupon because it was already figured into the price" So I drove over an hour out of my way only to find out they couldn't do the deal. I had even asked them if they could add 2 accessories that would equal the $750. Nope. I will NEVER even look at a car their again and I will make sure my friends and family will NEVER step foot on their lot. I have bought over 20 fords in my short lifetime and will shop elsewhere from here on out. More
