Issue with transmission My husband and I have bought and serviced two cars at Mall of Georgia Ford. Our current truck is only six years old and needs a new transmission. My husband and I have bought and serviced two cars at Mall of Georgia Ford. Our current truck is only six years old and needs a new transmission. We reached out to Mall of Georgia Ford with no help and also reached out to Ford motor company. I don’t feel a car that is that young should need a new transmission. We did send a letter to Mall of Georgia . We will not buy another car from Mall of Georgia again . You can see our track record that we have always serviced our cars with you when it has a need . It’s very disappointing. More

Overall a good buying experience I called ahead and they had the vehicle ready to go when we arrived. Everything was as advertised. The small things are the difference between good and great dealerships. It would save me $165.00 and would not cost them nearly that amount. Overall I am pleased with my truck. More
