World Class Excellence I've been to many Ford dealerships in the metro Atlanta area over the years and I've seen some good, and I've seen some bad. Mall of Georgia Ford sets a new standard for excellence. It started with my Service Adviser, Michael who was WORLD CLASS all around. Professional and paid incredible attention to detail. Service was excellent, communication was perfect and to round it out, the Porter asked me if I had time, he would run my vehicle through the car wash. Icing on the cake. Kudos to the best! More

This dealership is a very dishonest. The knowledge of what they are selling is minimal. I went in looking for a truck that would work for towing heavy loads and that would fit my family comfortably.
