My new service advisor Bob Broussau has been so attentive and responsive to all of my needs. He’s a wonderful rep and as we say in the south, “a real peach”! I DO have a problem with the FORD Co in genera and responsive to all of my needs. He’s a wonderful rep and as we say in the south, “a real peach”! I DO have a problem with the FORD Co in general for not honoring a repair that I’ve documented many other online people having.! I have purchased at least 12 Ford cars/ trucks and this last car has made me sad. I’d like Ford to see my years of loyalty and fix the missing part without asking my teen child to stop in the middle of a busy highway (endangering her life and others) to pick up the piece that fell off! I can document others online having the same problem. More
