I had a really bad experience with one of the service advisors, but after the bad experience I was met with the GM of Ford. He called me and handled my problems with the service I had the first time. Sterling is the service advisor manager and he was great help the second go around. I’ve been to the mall of Georgia Ford a few times and I’ve never really had a problem like this, I guess it’s who you get as your service advisor. Will I recommend mall of Georgia ford to a friend? Probably not, but I will recommend Sterling or Oscar to your service advisor if they do go to Mall of Georgia Ford. After a complaint they did fix my truck for no charge. I know now for future reference I have to ask for certain people to be my advisor when I go in there now. At the end of the day they did very well of handling my problems. More
