Feel ripped off Took company van in to check out hard shift told needed 4500 transmission. Picked it up discovered they had not even checked the fluid level. Added 1 Took company van in to check out hard shift told needed 4500 transmission. Picked it up discovered they had not even checked the fluid level. Added 1.5 quarts fluid. Van smoothed out in a few days and is running fine. Never even thru a code or a check engine light. Called twice for managment and never got a call back Ripped off for diagnostic fee. Poor customer service Brought vehicle in for a check engine code, was charged $135 to tell me it was not covered by the warranty. I had an issue with my rear window defroster, several gridlines were discolored and did not work at all. This is on my brand new F150 XLT. Brought it in for service and they told me that they had never s gridlines were discolored and did not work at all. This is on my brand new F150 XLT. Brought it in for service and they told me that they had never seen anything like that. Made me come back 3x for the same issue, never returning my calls and at the end the only thing that they did was giving me an email from the service manager with the statement that "removed grid lines are not warrantable". Jeez, why did I need to come back 3 times for this? I also don't understand why this would not be covered by the warranty since it must have had this issue from the moment I picked it up. This dealership never showed any interest in inspecting the origin of this issue let alone resolving it. More

Not pushy and was always polite and found the unit I was interested in purchasing at a price that was substantially better than my local dealer. More

Salesman promised SYNC3 software and maps were up to date or else I could do it very simply at home. Not up to date. Not simple. Not a free download as I was told. Worst of all. they hit you with $249 for 'ZAKTEK ULTIMATE' which is basically the old 'clearcoat' with a fancy name. The whole process confirmed my low opinion of car dealers. Further discussions with dealer rectified all major complaints. Assuming everyone took this as a learning experience, they may be worth a second chance. More
