I was along with my boyfriend to see him being mistreated by this Ford location. It was awful to say the very least. I was there when Leo Bond told my boyfriend Nate James, along with his parents, that a sma by this Ford location. It was awful to say the very least. I was there when Leo Bond told my boyfriend Nate James, along with his parents, that a small scratch on his car would be repaired. Sterling was interruptive and a super bad reputation of Ford as a company. He did not care one bit what his employee told a customer and handled things horribly for someone in a management position. Between being hard to contact and a problem every time my boyfriend could actually reach him was nothing but a hassle. After they finally promised to fix his car, my boyfriend was super happy, but I guess they only bribed him to get the first review we put up taken down, because after he took it down, they messed his car up worse. I feel so bad for him ALWAYS wanting a Ford and he finally gets one because his family has had so many Fords and now not only him, but all his friends and family, including my friends and family will no longer be buying from Ford. Its sad to see Leo Bond and Sterling Oliver lose a company thousands and thousands of dollars due to such a small fix. Terrific experience. More
