The team is very professional, however, the cam phaser repair has not resolve engine issues. The truck is going back for its third related service in Barrie ON Canada on May 5th. Very disappointed in the overall quality of the truck and the continued high volume of recalls. As far as I am concerned Ford should up the overall bumper to bumper warranty to 10 yrs 150 K miles. Service during COVID19 I had to visit this dealer for my 15K service. To my surprise this service center is not following any guidance. I was surprised to see none of their I had to visit this dealer for my 15K service. To my surprise this service center is not following any guidance. I was surprised to see none of their employees were using any protective gears. No gloves, no masks etc. They treated me and my car just as in any normal day. You have to be careful if you are planning to visit this service center. More
