Service sucked! Went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation, and even though it was scheduled it took almost 3 hours to complete. Also realized the next day the had not put my lock key back in my tire rotation, and even though it was scheduled it took almost 3 hours to complete. Also realized the next day the had not put my lock key back in my truck so I had to go get it. And to make matters worst, after a week I realized the had only rotated the tires on ONE side. So I had to go back for them to rotate the other side. I am so glad I noticed thanks to the brake dust on my wheels. Horrible service. More
Gene explained in detail how they go through every vehicle to make sure it’s worthy to sell. The morning after buying the vehicle engine light came on. Service department stated they don’t work on GMC vehicle to make sure it’s worthy to sell. The morning after buying the vehicle engine light came on. Service department stated they don’t work on GMC. Called Gene twice, no return call. Repaired the vehicle at the reputable service center. They explained. To me that the oil hadn’t been changes . The oil pan was crushed. Made all necessary repairs approx 600.00, Lesson learned as far as I’m concerned. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Bought a Mercedes from the Ford Dealer I really hate buying cars! Let's start with that! I saw a Mercedes I was interested in so asked for the "Internet Price" but it came back the same as I really hate buying cars! Let's start with that! I saw a Mercedes I was interested in so asked for the "Internet Price" but it came back the same as the CarsGuru price so wondered if they may or may not take off any additional funds and how they would work if we had a trade so my husband and I ventured over to the dealership. In the meantime, we received a call from the dealership and were told to see Felix upon arrival. We asked for Felix and he already had the car pulled up close to the front of the dealership and greeted us with a smile and helped us through the process. He explained the vehicle as he knew it and the rest from the sales information. He realized we were about to walk and was able to help get the price down a bit more before we just decided to wait. Overall, very happy with the experience and the vehicle. More

This was the worst experience I've ever had with any business. They really could care less about you. I will never take any of my vehicles here ever again. My check engine light came on three weeks ago. business. They really could care less about you. I will never take any of my vehicles here ever again. My check engine light came on three weeks ago. I dropped my car off and it takes them two days to call me back saying the transmission is broken. Another five days pass and I stop by to get a parking pass out of my car. While I'm there I ask what was broken. The service adviser says they haven't even looked at it and it could be another week or two before they even get to it. This contradicted what he told me over the phone and was very frustrating. I couldn't be without transportation to work that long. I ended up taking my car back and giving it Nalley Ford. Nalley Ford only took THREE HOURS! They diagnosed the issue to a software bug and did a bunch of checks to make sure there were no other mechanical issues. If I had left my car at Mall of GA Ford it would still be sitting on their lot untouched. More
