Service during COVID19 I had to visit this dealer for my 15K service. To my surprise this service center is not following any guidance. I was surprised to see none of their I had to visit this dealer for my 15K service. To my surprise this service center is not following any guidance. I was surprised to see none of their employees were using any protective gears. No gloves, no masks etc. They treated me and my car just as in any normal day. I would also like to make a quick note that the custodial staff were off the charts too! I realize that everyone has stepped up during the Covid Pandemic, but the showroom was exceptionally clean. The bathrooms were spotless. All of the work stations were clean with hand sanitizers on each table and waist bins were constantly being emptied. Excellent job! I will definitely go back! More
