Good Deal...gone bad. Everything went smoothly with the purchase of my vehicle. Largely in part, that I knew the exact vehicle I was interested in, and I purchased in cash! Everything went smoothly with the purchase of my vehicle. Largely in part, that I knew the exact vehicle I was interested in, and I purchased in cash! Having worked in the car business for 12 years myself, I understood how this was a great deal for the dealership. I didn't haggle over the price or anything. I simply, test drove the vehicle and wrote them a check. Leaving the dealership, going home, I discovered the horn on the vehicle did not work. Mind you, I live in Stockbridge. I called the next day and spoke with my salesperson, who told me he would contact his manager to have the vehicle looked at. To date, I have spoken with my Sales Rep. Derick, 3 times about the issue, a manager who stated he would call me back and didn't...a Female customer service representative named Christian or Kristen, who told me she would speak with the service manager Sterling, and call me back.... I ended up calling her back,(since she never called me) and she stated she would try to find a local Dodge dealership to complete the repair. I informed her of the local Dodge dealership Landmark Dodge in Morrow, GA. She stated she would look into it...AND AGAIN...NEVER CALLED ME BACK! I purchased this vehicle paying over $15,000 cash. The horn still doesn't work!!! (Which is a safety issue) And now my son, whom I bought the car for, will be going back to college in Daytona Beach on 8/14/19..... and I have to figure out getting the vehicle repaired out of my pocket! For someone who walked into the dealership, went directly to the car he saw online, and bought it, with NO QUESTIONS ASKED.... I'm very disappointed in the service after the sale!!! More

Great Experience It is never a good thing to have to bring your vehicle in for repair within one month of purchasing a new vehicle. But the service I received from Mal It is never a good thing to have to bring your vehicle in for repair within one month of purchasing a new vehicle. But the service I received from Mall of Georgia Ford was awesome. I actually work in the automotive field and can say that Alan Greene and the Mall of Georgia Ford service department is among the highest in professionalism and accommodations. If you have a need for maintenance or the unfortunate situation of needing repair, I recommend giving this repair facility a shot. I was pleasantly surprised and will be returning. More

Less than desirable I don't think I'd have a problem with Mall of Georgia Ford, if it weren't for the lack of after-the-sale support. I have three outstanding issues. I don't think I'd have a problem with Mall of Georgia Ford, if it weren't for the lack of after-the-sale support. I have three outstanding issues. 1. My vehicle was advertised with equipment it wasn't actually equipped with, and this wasn't discovered until after the sale. The dealership has made no attempt to remedy this 2. My vehicle had many recalls on it, none of which were serviced prior to sale and was something I had to take care of 3. I was charged ~$300 for some kind of paint treatment, and I still haven't been given any information on it Buyer beware if shopping at Mall of GA Ford. More
Poor service I have had my F 150 serviced here since it was new in 2013. Items on every 10,000 mile service are over looked including one occasion when the oil was I have had my F 150 serviced here since it was new in 2013. Items on every 10,000 mile service are over looked including one occasion when the oil wasn’t even changed. Things like dirty battery cables ignored. Windshield washer fluid left empty on two occasions. I cringe every time I go in. Nice people. Just can’t get it together. More
