Customer no service, service rep was a smartass! L I bought my 2013FORD FOCUS (pre-owned) last JANUARY 31 from MALL OF GA FORD.Everything has been FANTASTIC BUT NOW, it has been three weeks since I was I bought my 2013FORD FOCUS (pre-owned) last JANUARY 31 from MALL OF GA FORD.Everything has been FANTASTIC BUT NOW, it has been three weeks since I was there for a scheduled maintenance and YESTERDAY AS I DROVE INTO ATLANTA FOR WORK A LIGHT AND EXCLAMATION MARK CAME ON MY SCREEN THAT SAID TRANSMISSION FAULT,SERVICE NOW AND MY CAR SLOWED DOWN TO @ 30 MILES PER HOUR. Having scheduled apps that I could not cancel at the last moment, I had to wait and drive my car back home and it took me 2 hours--I JUST HAD TO BE PATIENT. Then this SUNDAY MORNING, I went on-line to make an appt or leave my name and there was nowhere to explain my situation SO I HAD TO WRITE THIS REVIEW IN HOPES THAT SOMEONE WOULD SEE IT AND CALL ME ASAP MONDAY AM AS SOON AS THE SERVICE DEPT OPENS(7:00am) so I can BRING IN MY CAR FOR AN INSPECTION BECAUSE I NEED MY CAR AND I HAVE A VERY BUSY WEEK AND I WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY CAR SO I CAN GET BACK ON THE ROAD AS SOON AS IT IS REPAIRED.!! From WHAT I HAVE READ ON GOOGLE, HOPEFULLY THIS IS ONLY A FAULTY SENSOR, BUT I DON'T KNOW AND CAN'T WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME IN THE AM, MONDAY, FEB 6th!!
