Did all the prerequisites, pre approved, worked the deal, had everything ironed out. Set an appointment up for Monday to come see the truck and more than likely buy it. Take off work and head that way only to get a call to turn around. The truck wasnt through inspection yet. So get a call on Wednesday, trucks ready. I explain I have work on Thursday but arrange to take off again Friday and will head that way and finalize the deal. Get a text on thursday evening around 8pm that the truck is sold, sorry. The sales manager Mac is a sleaze and lied on multiple occasions and totally threw his young salesman under the bus. I would never refer anyone to this lot. Total waste of my time and effort. More
Bad service on my 1st oil change When I arrived at 7:30a.m. on March 7, I was told that it would be 1hr 15 min with my free oi change and had to pay for the tire rotation. It actually When I arrived at 7:30a.m. on March 7, I was told that it would be 1hr 15 min with my free oi change and had to pay for the tire rotation. It actually taken 2 hours. I wanted to get the recall done but they refused a rental. They also stated could not find anything wrong with sync when plugging in the phone stating it is disconnected. When the service was completed, they left the paper floor liner which had QT on it and also the paper tag in the mirror. I had taken a picture and voice my complaint to the General manager on his email, and to this date no response and it has been a week. One of my coworkers at work( also referred me to the dealership to buy the vehicle) had to wait 4 hours just for one tire replacement. They also have construction and it is not mark properly and have heard customers it is not marked properly which can result in an accident. I also disappointed that my tire tread is at 6 already with only 5,000 miles on it.. I don;t think the tires are going to last a year. I never been treated this way with a Chevy dealership but the GM seems more in making money and pushing new customers away instead of trying to keep them. Would I go back to them, only if I had to. This is not what I excepted. More
1 week and still no word and NO CAR!!! These guys are something else. First one of their top techs screws up my car and after 3 more visits they still have not solved all of the problems ca These guys are something else. First one of their top techs screws up my car and after 3 more visits they still have not solved all of the problems caused by an engine replacement... now they have had my car for over a week and I have not heard a thing from them! I would not bring a 1970 Pinto to them for an oil change! I had to file an official complaint with Ford and still don't have my car fixed.I would avoid this place all together. I should have read their reviews before I went there in the first place :( More
Deceitful Dealership My husband found a truck online that he was very interested in so he went to the dealership and dealt with Felix, he test drove the vehicle and starte My husband found a truck online that he was very interested in so he went to the dealership and dealt with Felix, he test drove the vehicle and started negotiating and of course your never given the price you want so he told Felix what price range he wanted and if they can do it to call him and left. My husband then received a phone call from Mark giving him the lowest they could go, my husband AGREED to that price and told him that we live an hour away and would be down later in the day to purchase the vehicle. We both went down & I test drove the vehicle and liked it and as we were walking back in to start the process there was a gentleman that asked if we were purchasing that vehicle and we told him yes and he stated “well if it doesn’t work out I want that truck” we then went inside to fill out the application to but unfortunately over the years my credit has been stolen numerous times that ALL the credit bureaus put a permanent life lock on it which means they have to call me to verify I filled out the application & answer security questions. It is a hassle but worth it in the end. It was 7pm and they said my credit scores were great but there were no banks open to call me to verify that I was the purchaser so JAY told us if you want that truck we would need to give a deposit and continue the application & sign with a 6.99% finance rate & when the bank calls to verify then I’d have to come back in and re-do all the paperwork over again and we live an hour away so I then told him you ran my credit, I have great credit, I was approved, we agreed on a price that was offered to us, we filled out the appliaction and that it’s silly to waste both our times with paperwork just to redo it again on Monday so then he said to me RUDELY if you don’t do it that’s fine I have someone else waiting outside waiting to buy it. I have never felt so disrespected or dealt with such deceitful people in my entire life and I will NEVER go back to that dealership or refer anyone there. We’ve purchased 2 vehicles form them over the years and they KNOW that but we’ve never dealt with JAY and I hope no one ever has to deal with him. It’s all about them going to the next customer to pay more. Very deceitful and disrespectful!!! As we were leaving Mark & Felix were very apologetic BUT guess what JAY wasn’t he was ready to move on to the next victim but I won’t say I’m surprised by that. IF IT WAS AVAILABLE I WOULD GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP A “BELOW ZERO SCORE” BUT OF COURSE THEY DONT OFFER THAT OPTION. - ALSO VERY IMPORTANT We were given a price on the 2017 truck and we agreed on the price. When we went down to the dealership to purchase the vehicle it’s then we were informed that the truck was we were purchasing was NOT a 2017 it was actually a 2016. So that information was not correct either and the price NEVER changed for a truck that was 1 year older then what was advertised and told to us More

This was today I got there at 7:40 am and finally at 11:35 I asked for my truck back with tires un-rotated and oil still not changed. In the past I have made a appointment and still ended up ended up with a 2+ hour wait for again a standard works package. I get it Saturdays are busy however half of the time they are open and they still can’t get my oil changed. Seeing as this is a ongoing problem not only from my experience but the repeated reviews I would hope that management could staff for oil changes on Saturday’s to meet demand. Only reply I got back from dealership said the new construction was not helping and they were aware of the problem. Very poor customer service. More

Will not stand behind their own work... Upon my return to the states the rear emblem fell off. The car has very few miles so it was taken in for warranty work. The entire decklid ended up being replaced however it no longer seals so I pointed it out as I picked up my car. The technician then informed me that there was a change made to the service manual that added an additional buffer pad that made the decklid sit like that and it was properly done. I was in the middle of a military move and the same technician also told me to proceed to my new military location in FL and that the dealer down here would make sure it was good. I have now taken the car to the dealer in FL and found out there was never a change to the service manual and that mall of ga just installed the part wrong. This is not a warranty fix, instead it is a fix that needs to be made because they installed a part wrong and then gave misleading information to hide it. I have spoken with Sterling Oliver on many occasions and tried to get them to authorize the local dealer here to fix it but he will not. It is not feasible and I should not have to incur the burden of driving my car 1000 miles, 14 hours round trip so they can fix a mistake that they lied about and then told me could be fixed at my new location. The car is still under warranty and I also do not think I should have to give up the extra 1000 miles on my warranty. This is my 3rd mustang and I was honestly keeping it to trade in for an upgrade to a Shelby after I hit my Army 20 year mark in February. However, I am thinking of changing to a different brand if they will not take car of loyal customers better than this. More
Terrible service I bought a 2017 Mustang GT in September. Four months later a transmission problem. Tony told me to drop it off and they would find out, what it was. I bought a 2017 Mustang GT in September. Four months later a transmission problem. Tony told me to drop it off and they would find out, what it was. This is my only car and I asked for a loaner. Tony told me they had to diagnose the problem. At the end of the day I get a call from Tony. He tells me it will be a month before he they can fix it and to drive it with 5th gear grinding and that it won't hurt it. I call Ford and tell them the situation. They tell me that they are independently owned and operated. So Ford is telling me they don't stand behind there products. There is no management between the dealer and customer. So before you buy a Ford. Just know that they don't support the customer or there product. And they don't care how the dealership treats the customer. More
Deceptive Sales and Service tactics on a certified pre-owned I bought a 2015 Ford Mustang convertible certified pre-owned on December 17th 2015 with 34180 miles on it. The car now has around 42000 miles on it. I have had to put four new tires on it 4 times it's been aligned. Has electrical problems the top is bad the back passenger window won't roll all the way up there's a bumping coming from the drive shaft. Recently found out by third-party Body Shop the car has been wrecked in the rear end. After several conversations with Mall of Georgia service manager Sterling Oliver and then talking to director of operations Joel Hall I was told by him I bought a used vehicle deal with it. I have owned several Ford throughout my life the most recent one I own for almost 16 years which was a Mustang convertible 01 that I got rid of when I bought this one and I have never had so much trouble out of a vehicle in my life I would give Mall of Georgia a rating on every question on this site asked zero Stars especially Joel how if this site would allow it but unfortunately to submit this review I have to give him a star think that customers need to beware of this dealership. Worst experience of buying new car Warning .Miserable story ahead!! A month before I was looking for buying a new Mustang. After careful research and all the considerations I came up wi Warning .Miserable story ahead!! A month before I was looking for buying a new Mustang. After careful research and all the considerations I came up with a model ,color and specifications which I needed for. I called all the dealers nearby for the desired model and color ,but unfortunately only 2-3 dealers had the car which I was looking for. And unluckily this was the nearest to my home location and so I did visit it on a bright Sunday with all the hope to buy my fav car . I met with a sales representative Danielle. Apparently she was behaving gently but she said the car which I am looking for is not there in their store right away but they could do anything to get it for me. We got settled up with the price which was higher that the price shown in True Car, but as you all see this car was very rare and I was very specific about the color I agreed this elevated price. They made several hard inquires to check my credit score which eventually decreased my credit score from good to fair. After all this, I paid initial deposit for car, signed contract and returned home with my new Car VIN and an assurance to pick my new car after two days as they have to arrange it from somewhere. After two -three days when I called them to schedule my time for the pick up of car, they surprisingly and shockingly ,said to me they couldn't make it as the dealer just denied delivering the car to them and hence they can't give me the car for which i have already paid and got insurance. I was shocked and I looked for the same car in a hope to get the similar car, but to my surprise the car with the same VIN which I have bought was available with a dealer which was 50 miles away from my home location . I went over there and found out that it was the same car which Mall of Georgia had promised me to give but according to this dealer they never contacted them to get that car. I bought the same car with new dealer in increased emi rate as result of my decreased credit score in recent days. After all this. I feel cheated and exhausted !! Mall of Georgia made me false promises and sold me the car which they never had . More
