Awesome & Extremely Pleasant Experience Initially I was going in to just review my lease end options & get some some numbers to look over before making any decision. Dwayne met me outside b Initially I was going in to just review my lease end options & get some some numbers to look over before making any decision. Dwayne met me outside before they even opened. Right away I was comfortable talking & dealing with Dwayne. My previous salesman, Kevin Farmer, was there but has since been promoted to finance, (well deserved). As Dwayne & I talked about my situation and what I was looking to do, he never once tried to talk me into anything but rather explained how my needs could best be served by MOGF. I had already decided what I was going to get, Ecosport SE, but I did have some concerns about backseat space. Dwayne took me out and we sat in the back & then went for a test drive. Needless to say I was sold and felt very comfortable with my decision. After a few times of me changing my mind as to the specific model & sending Dwayne back & forth changing the paper work (his smile never wavered), we got with Kevin for the financing. As I expected Kevin was as proficient and expedient with the financing as he was as a my salesman previously. It was easy to see that Dwayne & Kevin are cut from the same professional & courteous cloth. MOGF is well represented by Kevin & Dwayne and they both kept me smiling & laughing the whole time, which is an extremely important trait to me. No moment in time did we feel pressured or pushed into buying something all tho at this time we weren't able to get the exact truck we were looking at due to me not having any established credit, Dwayne white was very friendly and caring and listened to what we needed to do with the truck we got and was able to work hard to get us in the truck we were able to afford and would still do what we needed to. I will def recommend this dealership to friends and family and to go see Dwayne white when they get there and I will be back when my credit goes up and we establish a relationship to upgrade to another truck.
