We returned to him to purchase our 2nd used car, several years after purchasing our 1st from him. He took the time to show us as many vehicles as we wanted to see and test drive. No high pressure to buy, but Felix did offer suggestions and recommendations based on his experience. We kept him HOURS past closing time to complete the sale with no complaints.
