Schedule an appointment for check engine light. I told service rep that it should be covered under the extended warranty. She asked if I had the warranty paperwork. I said it should be in the system. Sat there for an hour then she tells me they can’t get to it today. I asked if she checked my warranty she said no. I called Billy Cain Ford in commerce made an appointment and they were awesome, no issues over warranty. I will never deal with Mall of GA Ford and I will advise others not to go there. More

Would not go to the service center at all. The sales department was amazing. Rude service when I brought attention to a mistake that they admitted that they made.
