I am still very disappointed that no one at Mall of Georgia Ford has returned my calls or emails. I have tried several times to no avail. All I was asking for was the Owners Manuel and Warranty Book. More

I emailed and called Jose and Kristian never responded. I never would have taken delivery without a owner's manual. It is a simple fix send me a owner manual and warranty book. Ford gives you a supplemental book for a hybrid which I don't need. Ford needs give me a owner's manual and warranty book . As soon as I receive them I will fix the review.
