I always take my Raptor service there. I had a warranty issue with incorrectly installed bumper part from the factory and I had to go there 3 times to get an answer from Head tech. He accused me and the selling dealer without any solid proof the bumper was removed and repaired. He had no freaking idea how 2024 Raptor bumper looks like and the bumper was painted. I even showed him the picture from the website but he wouldn’t believe it. He refused to send the request for authorization from Ford and brushed me away. I went to Gwinnett Ford and they got the approval from the factory and it will be repaired next week. I am never going back to Mall of Ga Ford again. More
I needed four new tires. I called and Brian told me the bottom line on the tires and the price of an alignment. I was in and out in about in hour and a half. I did say okay to the alignment three times. Once the day before when I was told that I would probably need an alignment I said okay. He looked at my blown out tire in my trunk he said yes you need an alignment I said okay. I then said the tire was on the front and I have a four-wheel alignment situation do I need it on the front and rear and he said yes and I said okay. After paying the bill looked wrong. I asked him if an alignment was done and he said yes. I get home look over my invoice no mention of an alignment and no charge for that. I called back and he said I told him no alignment numerous times. That is not true. I called Firestone on 11/15/24 had them check out the alignment. I needed one just life Brian said. I recently visited for an oil change and clearly communicated the service I needed. Upon completion, I noticed an additional charge for something I did not request or authorize. When I addressed the issue with the gentleman who assisted me, he provided a coupon, but it didn’t fully cover the cost of the unauthorized charge. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was the way I was treated afterward—it felt as though I was being judged for my ability to pay, rather than addressing the real issue: being charged for something I did not consent to. I felt Mall of Georgia was a great pick for me in the past. I always got my oil changed and felt they were honest. I had a leaky front right tire.
