I recently bought a brand new 2026 F150 Lariat, it's my first time owning a Ford vehicle, and my first experience at a Ford service center will always be remembered as a negative one. About 1-2 weeks ago I called and made an appointment for Friday 2/13 at 8am to have the Tailgate lettering decal installed. Prior to the appt I called again to confirm with their Parts dept that the part was received and in stock. So far so good. I arrive at 7:55am the day of the appt, greeted by a service guy named Brian who informed me that appointments don't actually secure a time to get a job done, it merely puts me in line, that their body shop does these types of services, and that this will take all day. I think that's extremely disrespectful and a waste of my time because that goes against the very definition of what an appointment means, decals don't take long to apply, and he clearly was trying to get rid of me, perhaps because I'm Asian. They could have told me that news when I called to make the initial appt or when I confirmed with parts it was in stock, but they did not. He said he'd get the manager for me. It took about 40 minutes for "Noah" to find the time to speak with me. He was dismissive. He didn't want to compensate me for this disrespect, he didn't want to allocate the internal resources to make my truck a priority to get the job done, the best he could offer was to mail me a physical check to refund the installation I pre-paid for. Clearly these people do not prioritize customer satisfaction, timeliness, or just common decency. This is my first and last time at a Ford service center. More
This saleman is terrible person. When i do not want to buy anymore. He refused to give back me my car key. Keep talking trash about he have time.
