We are working out way down in stars, upon each time my F250 goes back to the shop for the same issues. As an example of my building lack of confidence came when, my complaint of a burning oil smell from F250 goes back to the shop for the same issues. As an example of my building lack of confidence came when, my complaint of a burning oil smell from the engine compartment was address by the Service writer as follows; “the burning oil smell is normal for a diesel engine”, according to the Service Tech. I have a couple serious issues with that statement. First, unless I have an oil leak, I should not be smelling burning oil, the oil should stay on the inside of the engine. Second, this is not normal for a diesel engine. Now here comes to kicker, I don’t have a diesel engine. Imagine the confidence I have in your service department, not knowing the difference between a gas and diesel engine or thinking I would blindly accept that xx answer. I’ve had my truck in to the service department on two difference occasions now for a list of 6 or so issues. Each time I’m told either they could not duplicate the issue and they reset the computer and that should take care of the problem. After a few days all the faults re appear. Another of the issues is the auto deploy running boards fail to deploy. I now have video to prove the issue exists. To top it off, I’ve left several messages for Stephanie with, once again, no return call. I also left two messages for the Service Manager, with no response. Being left with no choice, I’ve reached out to Ford for assistance. They’ve advised I need to return the truck to your service dept. I have scheduled the truck back your service dept tomorrow. More
The past couple times I took my car to MOGA Ford has not been good. There has been no communication from the past two advisors Mateo and Stephanie. The most recent one I wasn’t told my car would take as long as it did for service and had to pick up my car. They was supposed to leave the key in the car to pick up after hours and didn’t. Had to go to the main building to find someone to get my key back hours later. Still haven’t heard from anyone to even follow up. I see to deal with Jaquan but he doesn’t work there anymore and I haven’t had good service since then More
