Bought a Silverado wk from there and wanted a keyless remote added in, I would pay.. was told by a service guy that it couldn’t be done.. called another dealership and was stood they could do it.. went b remote added in, I would pay.. was told by a service guy that it couldn’t be done.. called another dealership and was stood they could do it.. went back to Mall Chevrolet and told the service manager and he told me to check with parts.. went into parts and asked and again was told my it wouldn’t work on my truck.. took it to another Chevy dealer, ordered the part , part came in and dealership installed it in less than an hour 🤷🏼‍♂️.. do they know about the product they are selling? I did not like my experience after years of going here.I do not trust the service department anymore and feel that they are in it for money rather then customer service.
