Had appointment to diagnose check engine light. 3 hours later, informed that the turbocharger is underboost and need to be replaced. A GM service bulletin that I find online gives a 1 hour process to confi later, informed that the turbocharger is underboost and need to be replaced. No indication of any troubleshooting beyond reading the code and quoting a $2500 repair. Attempted to contact service manager Donofrio through dealers online portal with a few questions. There was no response. I've been contacted multiple times by the sales department by email and text, given an opportunity to create a maintenance "portal", etc., but still no reply to my contact. Only wqnt here because they had an earlier appt available than my usual dealer, now I know why. I'll never go back. More
