Extremely unhappy with my experience. I made an appt. to drop my car off for a diagnostic for Saturday morning. I received a phone call from them the day before saying they are behind and I made an appt. to drop my car off for a diagnostic for Saturday morning. I received a phone call from them the day before saying they are behind and most likely will not look at my car on Saturday. I asked if it would be better to drop the car off on a different day and was told to drop it off at my appointment to make sure I keep my spot in line. I asked what the eta would be and was told Tuesday at the latest. Wednesday arrived and I called to check on the status. They are now telling me by the end of the week. I waited till the following Tuesday to follow up again. They still did not touch my car. I asked to speak to their service manager and was told he would call me in the morning. That did not happen. Called again and asked to speak to the service manager and was told he is not in and he would give me a call and still did not happen. It is now Thursday and almost two weeks since I dropped my car off and when I called again they still did not touch my car. I then told them I would be coming to pick my car up and they told me its been sitting so it probably wont start. I have cables and I know as a shop they have cables and insisted I will be picking up my car. After getting my car jumped I left and will never be going back. I don't understand how it takes almost two weeks to do a diagnostic. I would have rather have been told they do not have the availability and taken my car elsewhere. My car could have been fixed already if I had taken it elsewhere. More
