A chip was not equipped with my car when I leased it due to a national shortage. I was told that I would be notified when it came in. I was notified that it was in. I took the day off from work, drove down to the dealership, checked in and was told after 20 minutes in the waiting room that they actually did not have the chip. They offered nothing in the way of compensation or in the interest of customer service, as I had taken the day off from work and drove down there from Philly. Lack of resolution for repairs. I had an issue with my engine and after a week of waiting, I had to call them to get an answer. All I was told was that its not worth fixing, Just re I had an issue with my engine and after a week of waiting, I had to call them to get an answer. All I was told was that its not worth fixing, Just replace the motor. I paid for a diagnosis, but did not receive adequate information as to what the exact problem was other than " a knock". No one even told me what it would cost to fix, only what it would cost to replace. I took my truck to a local mechanic and had it fixed for significantly less than the $10,000 they told me it would cost to replace the motor. I will never do business with Mall Chevy again, I suggest you don't either. More

This is my 5th HORRIBLE experience with the service center at Mall Chevy. Everything is a "mistake" and that is how it is handled.
