Very disappointed in Chevy. I’ve been a customer for many years, but no more after this lease. My CarPlay stops working intermittently, causing my phone not to work as well as t I’ve been a customer for many years, but no more after this lease. My CarPlay stops working intermittently, causing my phone not to work as well as the radio etc. But because they can’t replicate it, Chevy will not fix it. They don’t want to bother either. John was nice, average customer service. I’m going elsewhere with my next car. More
Never received a call back on when my tire was delivered so I could schedule appoint to have installed. Called once was told tire not in would be in next day. Left my contact info again and never received a so I could schedule appoint to have installed. Called once was told tire not in would be in next day. Left my contact info again and never received a call back. Called again on 3/21 to find out transferred to parts who then transferred me to service and was hung up on. Called again on 3/22 and was transferred to service but someone kept picking up them hanging up and would continue to ring. Gave up after five minutes. More
