While I was not fully aware of all of their policies, overall, everyone I worked with did a good job of always giving me the bottom line up front. In other words, I was never surprised. My sales associate, Karl Schilling did a fantastic job walking me through everything and listening to my needs and requirements to make a deal. When it came down to negotiating pricing, Karl and I had no problem quickly coming to a mutual agreement. He got me exactly the price that I asked for, down to the penny. Additionally, it is worth mentioning, that even after the deal was made I discovered a small crack underneath the front bumper which I had missed on my first walk-around. Karl gave me his word that the dealership would take care of this and sure enough the dealership got it fixed for us within a week. So, with no regrets, I'm proud to recommend Karl Schilling and the Mall Chevy as a truly honest dealership. More

He really loves his car! A couple days later, I then decided that I needed something a little bigger...Ben B. helped me find exactly what I was looking for at a price I could afford. He worked so hard, and went above and beyond all 3 times we have dealt with him. I now have my 2008 Saturn Outlook and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! I had to write what a great experience I had at Mall Chevy on Sat. I had been looking for a new/used car for about 2 months and I was not sure what I wanted. As I was sitting at the light at Church RD I noticed the dealer on my left and thought I should go and see what they have. And we all know & dread “The Car Dealer” experience & was not sure if I was up for it. As I walked in Joe Lanni greeted me with a welcome smile. When I explained what I was looking for he bought me over to meet Derrick, the manager. I was impressed on how I was not badgered into something other than what I wanted. After the test drive I decided that this was the vehicle that I had wanted. As we sat to do the paperwork and I could not have been happier, there was no “push” to buy anything else (which I did not want) and the entire deal took about 3 hours.
