Satisfied once again. I went to mall Chevy for the second time in two years because I was satisfied with the service the first time. This time around I upgraded my car fro I went to mall Chevy for the second time in two years because I was satisfied with the service the first time. This time around I upgraded my car from the v6 camaro to the v8. My experience there has always been a positive one and have always been met with a smile, both in the sales department and the service department. I have recommended this dealership and my salesperson to friends already and will continue to do so. They take good care of you and try to go the extra mile. More
Bitter Sweet.. No Happy Ending I got a letter in the mail from Mall Chevrolet stating that they were looking for 2014 Chevy Cruz trade ins with the promise of zero down, low intetes I got a letter in the mail from Mall Chevrolet stating that they were looking for 2014 Chevy Cruz trade ins with the promise of zero down, low intetest, and equal or lesser monthly payments. I was sceptical at first because I know dealers often send letters just to get you in, BUT after telling a few friends about it I was talked in to atleast giving it a try. When I called I told the woman about the letter I got and asked if she'd be able to live up to all the promises listed, I was told the only way to know for sure was to go in. So I did...My experience started off great. Everyone was very friendly. (I told my sales person quite a few times how hood the customer service was) When I went out to the lot to find a vehicle and do a test drive I fell in love with a 2015 Chevy Cruz. The color was beautiful, the interior was amazing, and the ride was super smooth. When we went to run numbers I was told the car was already sold. BUMMER #1 So after settling for another 2015 Cruz, that I was exactly thrilled about but was convinced that the new technology and a fresh start on mileage made the extra $120 on payments a month made it worth it, I said I would take it. HOWEVER because of the timing to that point took so long (about 3 hours) I couldn't stay for the signing of all the paper work. So they gave me the vehicle for two days and I had to go back after the weekend.. After having the car for a day I knew I didn't want to keep it. The original promises werent kept & It looked and felt TOO MUCH like my year older car that would cost me less. I let my sales person know that same dat that I didn't want to keep it. The next day when I went back the customer service was TOTALLY different! Very snippy responses. A bit of an aggressive demeanor. Not very nice. (Although I will admit that it wasn't from my dame sales person, but his same coworkers that were uber nice before pretty much ruined my experience) SO although I was still considering getting a new car if the price and feel was right I never even asked about anything else. I was just really ready to go. It bothered me that all of a sudden the customer service changed so drastically all because I was unhappy with that one vehicle they were trying to get rid of. Because of that I wouldn't go back, maybe for service but definitely not for sales.. More
