I purposely got there early and they obviously were not expecting me. They check me in in their computer and then disappeared for a few minutes. Then wouldn't you know it, while I'm sitting all alone I get a text message that said the truck I was scheduled to see had just been sold. How convenient for them! Then the lying salesman Joe Torres comes walking out saying "sorry, the truck got sold. I sent you a text an hour ago". I stayed and looked a the other used trucks they had with a different salesmen who continued to make me hate this place even more. None of the trucks met the criteria I was looking for but he kept asking me if I wanted him to get me the keys so I could take them all for a test drive. I told him 10 times I wasn't taking a test drive in something I wasn't looking for. I basically had to yell to get him to get me prices instead of keys. It was ridiculous. Nothing but lyers and scams here. Don't wast your time with them. And don't believe to many good reviews that I would bet are made up by employees and their friends. More

Customer Service Disgrace I bought a 2014 Equinox from Mall Chevrolet last July, and the experience has been horrible ever since. My salesman reeked of stale cigarette smoke and was practically comatose through the entire buying process. I had a coupon for $100 off of parts & accessories, but the dealership never honored it, claiming that it was "processing" or "in the mail." They lied; I never received a voucher for the parts. I did not receive a manual with my vehicle, so they said they would order one, but never did. I followed up, they "ordered again" and I got a manual for a 2013 Equinox. I returned it since it was the wrong year. They ordered again, and this time I got a 2015 manual. The incompetence has been endless with these guys, and I have dealt with multiple sales personnel, management, Chevrolet Customer Care, and the service department. No one has been able to assist. It is absolutely confounding how a $22000 vehicle does not come with an instruction manual, but a Happy Meal toy does. I have now been waiting six months for my owner's manual.*** I will never go back to Mall Chevrolet. The staff makes fun of each (one said that he would "Fire them all if he could") and tries to make the customer feel like a chum while treating them like a chump behind their backs. I cannot strongly recommend enough to go to a different dealership--Elkins in Marlton has great staff. I wish I had just gone to them instead. ***As a follow up, Betty followed up with me after posting this review and personally delivered all of the documentation for this vehicle. More

I was talking to one of the ladies that worked there trying to pick her brain about the sales people and she said that she would introduce me to Dan, who she highly recommended. So I said lets go. I knew as soon as I sat down at his desk and saw the three stooges calender, that I was in good hands He couldn't have been nicer. Made me feel comfotable and asked me what I wanted. Wasn't pushy, didn't try to stick me in something I didn't want. After the first experience at a different dealership I was dreading this process. I'm truely happy the way everything turned out this time around. I highly recommend that you go here..and Ask for Dan Reilly. More

Thieves This place really really is a joke. Never again!!! Had car in for service oil change tire rotation. Told me needed front hub... $700 later and give me This place really really is a joke. Turns out it was problem with tires. The xxx service manager Larry Pfieffer wont refund money even after two test rides with service techs who both said tires were the problem. This place is a joke will never be going back. Stay away they are thieves. More
