Sorry Niles they threw u under the bus!! -Took a month to payoff my trade-in. Tried to blame it on finance company (Lie) -Took 29 days to get registration and plates which gives you 1 day -Took a month to payoff my trade-in. Tried to blame it on finance company (Lie) -Took 29 days to get registration and plates which gives you 1 day to pick it up before the temporary registration expires. Blamed that on NJDMV. -Called my bf who is a consignor on the vehicle twice,even after he told her he was not the owner of the vehicle -Put the registration in the cosignors name, which the finance man asked me if I wanted it on there at all?? But did the total opposite - Been a month now since I traded in my old car and have gotten a total of 3 calls from Tina 1. To tell me that my old vehicle is due for regular scheduled maintenance 2.To congratulate me on my new cruz after my bf told her 2 call me. 3. Just today to tell me that my car I traded in a month ago needs scheduled maintenance. The real kicker to get my registration fixed that they screwed up, I would have to go to the DMV which also means I would have to pay the $60 to have it corrected. DO NOT CALL BECAUSE THEY WILL PUT YOU ON HOLD AND CONTINUE TO LAUGH WHEN NO ONE PICKS UP WHEN THEY TRY TO TRANSFER YOU. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a different Chevrolet Dealership. More
