Ridiculous We bought a BRAND NEW 2019 Traverse from Mall Chevy November 2018. LOVED our sales guy JJ, however we have had nothing but issues with the service dep We bought a BRAND NEW 2019 Traverse from Mall Chevy November 2018. LOVED our sales guy JJ, however we have had nothing but issues with the service department. Our new car has something going on where all internal sound just turns off. Had it there going on 3 times now. They "ordered" a part that was on back order and we are going on a month and a half now waiting. We have reached out to the service manage SEVERAL times now and we get the same response, let me look into it....and he never gets back to us. This is absolutely ridiculous and not customer services at all. More
