They scammed into paying for a diagnostics inspection Every Chevy Dealer we have gone to get our car fixed under warranty(which has been more than 12 times in the past 2 years). Never charged us for diagn Every Chevy Dealer we have gone to get our car fixed under warranty(which has been more than 12 times in the past 2 years). Never charged us for diagnosfics inspection. But this last time we have 2 parts that needed to be replaced under warranty a Cat Converter and purge valve sensor. The gm purge valve is around 50 usd outside of the dealer they said it was a $200+ part.. The cat was $300+ on back order. They quoted the total work to be around $1100+ including labor.He basically said something like if I only get the Cat fixed I would need to pay a deductable. But if I get both I just have to pay the diagnostics because he would submit the work order a certain way. This was extortion we have never need to pay a deductable or diagnostics under gm warranty. Ive had the whole engine replaced and never paid a dime These guys scam a lot of people under the books and pocket cash often.They just didnt want to wait for there money after submiting the work order correctly. More
