Definitely a sales atmosphere that should no longer be a trend. I bought my Acadia from “certified pre owned” not used less than 5years ago. The solenoid is the issue, start lower price first before automatically assuming it’s the timing chain. Also they did not say exactly what was wrong with the chain. Was it loose, broken? This is a known issue with these cars and only a recall on the 2007 and 2009 vehicles. I don’t believe I should have been charged a diagnostic fee when I said what exactly it was AND as mentioned before it is a known issue. I also referred my sister in law and she bought 2 brand new camero’s less than 5 years apart. My father in law also came to your dealership for a Tahoe. Where is the customer loyalty? I felt it was more of a scam than anything and wish I spoke up but with a newborn, I don’t have the energy. When I’m ready for my Chevy Traverse, I will NEVER consider coming to you guys. More
