I explained my problem to the service dept. They said the problem was fixed. when I got there, it was not. The reason for this was the service rep. told me he was not familiar with the displays in my Corvett problem was fixed. when I got there, it was not. I told them I've had this car for 6 years, I think I know it pretty well. How can they service a car that they don't know how the features work. I bought the car there. He told me he was new.
