Great customer service! When I first called I spoke to Jazmine (online sales scheduler) She answered all of my questions and scheduled an appointment for me to meet with Benny. I had Purchased my previous Silverado from Mall & was happy to return. Unfortunately I trusted them and did not shop around & was charged $7,500 over MSRP because they said it was a (Market adjustment) & happy to return. Unfortunately I trusted them and did not shop around & was charged $7,500 over MSRP because they said it was a (Market adjustment) & to find out other Chevy Dealers are removing the Market adjustment from the MSRP. Trade in was thousands less than Blue book. Very Disappointed. More
