I have purchased 3 new cars from the dealership and the quality of customer service has decreased so much over the years. I am so disappointed most times that I bring my car in for general maintenance. I paid for extended warranties and I have to argue with them to get the warranties honored. I had a tire issue and needed one new tire and it was eventually covered by the tire warranty. It took 3 service visit to get handled and 6 hours total of my personal time (1.5 hours ore more at each service). I should not have to work so hard and read my warranty paperwork multiple times for a 1 year old car. The tire specialist is the only reason I am not giving you one star. He worked hard to get me a very good equivalent tire to the better ones already on the car. More

I regularly have both my vehicles serviced here. This trip was good except for the wait time. I had an appointment and was quoted 60-90 minutes. It took 120 minutes. I had to wait for almost an hour for my car to be found when I came to pick up my vehicle from being serviced. I was on lunch break from a zoom class and was late getting back because my vehicle could not when I came to pick up my vehicle from being serviced. After I had been waiting about 20 minutes, a young lady, Kelly?, came and asked to look at my paperwork and went looking. She came back and asked for my paperwork then went in search of my vehicle. After 40 minutes, I went in and asked for the Service Manager. Val went in search as well. I am not sure what happened but I was not happy. I have worked in the industry and understand. It wasn't the drive personnel I was upset with because I know it was beyond their control and they were doing the best they could with what they had. More
