I had an oil change in September and the agent advised me that the yellow indicator on my front brakes meant they needed to be fixed. I made an appointment for the brakes but when I arrived, I was told I di that the yellow indicator on my front brakes meant they needed to be fixed. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that a hybrid can go a long time in the yellow zone. I wasted an hour and a half. Asked that I be called when car was ready. Was to be ready at 10:30am. When no call by 11am I went to service desk. Our Service Writer, Adrian Elias, who had helped me earlier, not listed on questionn ready at 10:30am. When no call by 11am I went to service desk. Our Service Writer, Adrian Elias, who had helped me earlier, not listed on questionnaire, said it was not ready and would check. Came over shortly and said car was ready and the paperwork had just come in. My husband kept saying that the Prime parked out there for almost an hour sure looked like ours.and it was. Later I had a voicemail message come in from Leah, at 9:55 that our vehicle was ready. If I hadn’t gone up to question would have waited even longer. Nobody came to get us at 9:55 when vehicle was ready. Adrian knew we were waiting and not to call. More

Had to wait over 2 hours for 20,000 mile service, but they did issue a rental car because one of the lifts went down. I was already late for a meeting, they said it would be another hour before my car w they did issue a rental car because one of the lifts went down.
