Maita Service Center replaced the hybrid battery on my 2012 Prius with 420,000 miles on it. They did a good job at a fair price, and my Prius works well again with the new battery. The only minor issues I had is I had to leave my vehicle in the shop for almost 2 weeks with they procured the battery, and I will have to wait 4-8 weeks for my core deposit from Toyota on my old original battery. My Service Representative did a good job of keeping informed on the status of my vehicle and the parts and the quality of work was excellent. More

This is my first bad review for Maita. I while back i had a flat tire and needed to get it repaired. I bought the tires from them and was told flats are fixed for free. The problem came when i called to get it fixed they told me i needed an appointment and they couldn't see me until the next day. I had called early that morning and told them i need to add air after every stop. That didn't matter. So i booked the appointment for the next day. A friend at work told me that Americas Tire store would fix for free without an appointment. So i went there and they fixed it i 45 minutes. Maybe i will buy my tires from them next time. That got me thinking about another issue they never resolved. I had a n issue with my door making a loud noise while opening and closing. Twice when i was in i asked them to look at it and they didn't. The third trip in I asked again and they told me it needed to go to the body shop. By then my extended warranty was expired or so they thought. I told them i bought the 120k6 year and they said i would have to call Toyota to confirm that. They gave me a number that didn't even work. My foamily and i have been going there for years and had 7 different Toyotas serviced there. I should have made a bigger stink about the door a while back. All that being said i would still recommend them for now. We have also had service since my issues that went well. More

Was told my appointment would take 1 hour, ended up taking 3 hours. Why would they schedule so many cars at the same time that the service lane was backed up to the road? Imagine how the poor techs w taking 3 hours. Why would they schedule so many cars at the same time that the service lane was backed up to the road? Imagine how the poor techs were treated and rushed. I was told to return and my car would be ready, it took 30 more minutes after arrival. Then, my keys were lost. It took 5 staff members, including mechanics, 20 minute to find my keys.
