The service agent that helped me was amazing! She was understanding and helpful. The valets when I went to pick up my car we’re less than responsive. I waited outside almost 10 minutes befor She was understanding and helpful. The valets when I went to pick up my car we’re less than responsive. I waited outside almost 10 minutes before one of them seemed to notice I was there. About 6 of them were watching a video and listening to music about 10 feet away from where I stood. One finally acknowledged my presence, asked if I was waiting for a car, checked his computer, and then left to get it. Not a great ending to an otherwise pretty decent service experience. More
