I have been taking my car to Maita since 2015 and always been very please with there service 5 stars been very please with there service 5 stars More

We have been going to Maita since 2008; have had a grand total of (4) four Service Advisors during that time. Over time, two have retired and one has been promoted. That is huge news since it shows that M total of (4) four Service Advisors during that time. Over time, two have retired and one has been promoted. He is perfect and the reason we are waiting for the new Highlander Platinum Hybrids to arrive. We know how much love he will show to that vehicle also. More

It was the first service and attending to a Factory recall issue of my new Toyota Prius. Which was handled efficiently and professionally. An avoidable irritation was that they told me the dealership recall issue of my new Toyota Prius. Which was handled efficiently and professionally. I had a repair issue that I hoped would be covered by Toyota despite my car being out of warranty. Bryce listened to my story and took my information and said he would submit a request to Toyota. I'd recommend this service center but frustrated with the length of time I have to wait for routine maintenance. Last visit on 10/2/2024 took over two and half hours. In the end, the work is done properly, but it shouldn't take that long and I shouldn't have to remind them to put everything back properly in my car. More
