Everyone is friendly. I feel like my car is well taken care of and "fixed" when I leave. The wait time is often longer 30-60 min longer than I am told. My service person was great. I did encounter other issue. I Asked for a manager call back- never did received a callback. It doesn’t look like customers matter at this place. I always check my car before and after every service at this place, which is unfortunate because this is a “Toyota certified” place. More

Came in for 5000 mile service maintenance and the windshield wiper washer bottle (empty) was not even filled. I don’t believe that the oil change was not done nor tire rotation. I tried to schedule my appointment online, but your website doesn’t work. It kept redirecting me to car purchasing. I was told that it would take 1 1/2 hours to change the oil in my car and your dealer website doesn’t work. It kept redirecting me to car purchasing.
