There was grease/oil tracked on my floor mats and door jambs on driver and passenger sides of the car when it was returned to me. I was very disappointed to see this. Unfortunately, having to visit Toyota three times in 86 days is not ideal. I brought my car in three times for the check engine light. The first two times I was just told it was my gas cap which is very ridiculous. I don’t know why they wouldn’t replace my gas cap the second time I brought it in with the same issue. A few days after I brought it in the second time, the check engine light came on again. I was out of town, so there was not much I could do since my service person was sweet enough to allow me to come back and get my car checked for free since the issue has constantly been the gas cap. All of a sudden I have all these new issues that I didn’t have before I brought my car into Toyota. I truly believe they messed up my car and now I have to pay $1500 to fix it. Very upset with my entire Toyota experience in Sacramento. Every single time I go into Toyota it is a new problem I acquire a week after my visit. I don’t know if they’re fixing cars or causing more issues to milk their customers for money. . Just very unpleased. I would give a one star review, but I truly appreciated my service person this last time around. More
