They diagnosed the issue with my car correctly but told me there was nothing they could do about it and that I would have to go back to the original Toyota dealership I bought it from. Made appointment over phone and got an appointment for warranty service the next day, check-in when smoothly and service writer was very friendly and courtice. I went in for an oil change service and the washer reservoirs weren’t filled and the power steering fluid wasn’t checked. I asked if it was possible to have the reader attached to interpret the codes reservoirs weren’t filled and the power steering fluid wasn’t checked. I asked if it was possible to have the reader attached to interpret the codes thrown and was told that it would cost an additional $200. Maita had an ad going that comped the service. When the codes came back as failed O2 sensors I asked for a quote to fix them. It took three calls to the service advisor to connect, only to hear that the parts were no longer available. When I asked for suggestions the service advisor did don’t have any suggestions. I soon found out that almost any muffler shop could do the work. More
