Honestly I financed an expensive lemon. ..I've had lemons when I was younger as a 30 yr old woman it's not acceptable...they told me it was smoking because it was sitting for a long time but ..I've had lemons when I was younger as a 30 yr old woman it's not acceptable...they told me it was smoking because it was sitting for a long time but it was bull it smokes when air conditioning is on I noticed so it's a bad compressor. And there's a knocking when I release on brakes which sounds like a bad mount...but according to Toyota on Auburn nothing's wrong with it...Brett's nice though I would go back if he could help me More

Very bad experience dealing with the service advisors at this dealership. Took a whole month to get my part ordered since at first the advisor (Emilio Maltos) never ordered the part on my first interaction this dealership. Prices are competitive and customer service is friendly. However, it's a little disappointing that an authorized service center would not screw in all bolts correctly after an alignment.
