I'm actually writing them a letter to complain. I was told my service would take two hours. It took over three. When I got my car back, a service light was still on, indicating low tire pressure. I I was told my service would take two hours. It took over three. When I got my car back, a service light was still on, indicating low tire pressure. It turned out that one tire was still severely low, even though the technician documented that all were at 32 psi. I think they just need to schedule less vehicles for service, so they have enough time to do the job thoroughly. I've had it with poor service! More

Although I had an appointment for repair, the repair was not made. I was told instead that the required part was not in stock. I waited 2 hours before I was told about this. not made. I was told instead that the required part was not in stock. I waited 2 hours before I was told about this. More

I was quite disappointed with my visit to Maita Toyota. I reserved my appointment the night before for a prepurchase inspection, and then I called to confirm on the morning of the appointment. When I arriv I reserved my appointment the night before for a prepurchase inspection, and then I called to confirm on the morning of the appointment. When I arrived at the appointed time, I had to wait 50 minutes before anyone came and took the car from me. As for the inspection itself, I never got to talk to an actual mechanic about the overall condition of the car, it's cleanliness, or any basic thoughts on its future longevity. I received a printed out document listing the few things they had checked, which was similar to a "multi-point safety inspection" or something like that. As far as I know, the only thing they checked that I couldn't have checked was the engine starting battery. I could have taken it to Autozone for that. The entire experience cost $208 and took about four hours. Based on the video they posted of them looking at my car, they spent about 15 minutes with the car. I didn't get any opportunity to glean additional information about the car, like what they typically see go wrong, what the battery life can be expected to be, etc. I am happy with the vehicle. I took it to a dealer because I thought they would have more advanced computer diagnostic skills and equipment to gauge the condition of the vehicle. This was a mistake. Next time I'll go to highly rated local mechanic where I expect they will give me more helpful insights and also value my time more. More
