Mr. Amaro, Thank you for taking the time to review our operation's shortcomings. We appreciate all criticism and work hard to improve our customers' visits through continuous improvement. I understand that Marlon apologized at length that he could not answer your financing questions regarding your purchase from Roseville Toyota. And I understand that Terrence displayed your tire tread depths as recorded by our state of the art TredSpec equipment and that they showed that 7/32" was the lowest tread depth recorded at some measurement point on all four tires. I don't believe that we can improve on the 19 minutes taken for the 5K service from time of write-up to time of completion.
