My glove box items looked like they were utterly thrown back in. I would suggest in the future if items are removed from a storage area that they are placed in a bag and returned in the bag so as not to just throw the items back in, especially the glove box. Very unsettling. This is not the first time either. To check the cabin filter you have to remove the glove box. It seems like it could be done with more care. More

I appreciate that they remind me when service is due. It is easy to schedule online. The guy that starts the process - Art - is unfailingly friendly and efficient. Even though I always choose an afternoon appointment because of my work schedule, i find the wait time totally reasonable. The waiting room is pleasant and the service people are also friendly and efficient. My only suggestion is to bring back the car wash ... I really miss that. I would be willing to may a small fee for an exterior carwash that would save me a trip to another carwash. More
