Seemed good, but not sure now I was happy with the greetings and the timely way they helped me. I have problems with my waiting. There is a nice area where the kids can play and it kept them very entertained. So on the outside it all seemed great. However, the next day when I had to access the back of my highlander, I was very surprised to see everything kinda thrown around in the back. I had a dog create and dog supplies. It looked like everything just was tossed back in, things were backwards all askew all over the back of the suv. The way this was done made be ask myself if the service was performed correctly, if the employees were that careless. It is very hard to know since the service was maintenance that was done out of my sight. Poor job guys... It would have taken all of about 20 seconds to do it right and not potentially lose a customer. More

Noise when starting engine cold. I left the vehicle overnight so mechanic could determine reson for squeling noise when starting the engine cold.
