In addition I would like to thank the lady (Sorry I have forgotten her name) who after my servicing was complete worked with me to resolve a Bluetooth connection problem with my Camry. All my questions and concerns were addressed during my visit. Anything promised was delivered which I greatly appreciated. One glitch was that I asked for a car wash but when my car was delivered, it was not washed. Karina went out with me to check and when this was discovered, she immediately took care of getting it washed. I look forward to many years of service until my next new Toyota from Maita! More

Total service center seemed disorganized. I was not kept informed as to status during a 4 and a half hour service appointment. I had to ask for status update after 3 hours. Bottle of windshi I was not kept informed as to status during a 4 and a half hour service appointment. I had to ask for status update after 3 hours. Bottle of windshield cleaner was left in console. When told my car was ready no attendant could find it. I had to go out in the pickup area and tell attendant that it was my vehicle. Was given final paperwork and was told I was good to go and I had not yet paid for the service work, then the wrong papers were given to the cashier. All in all I was left tired and frustrated. Hopefully the service work was completed as stated. More

Good service I made appointment online and the only option was to leave the car for the day. When I arrived I was told it would be ready in about an hour. Saved my weekend in Sacramento I was visiting Sacramento for the weekend and I had a flat tire so Toyota dealer was the only one open.
