Priscilla was very professional and informative in explaining what was recommended in the maintenance Brought my 2006 Prius in for 180 K maintenance. Priscilla was very professional and informative in explaining what was recommended in the maintenance package and what my options were. Midway through the service, Priscilla informed me that they had discovered a leaking water pump that needed to be replaced. Again, she informed me of my options and the estimated price. Since it would take a few hours, I used the new Uber shuttle service - very fast and convenient. Priscilla called me when my car was ready, and sent Uber to pick me up. Overall, another very good experience at Maita! I have consistently used Maita and am very pleased with the staff and service. More

That was accomplished OK, (after an hour and a half). I was rewarded with several pages of what was (done ? ? ? ) or needed to be done. What really makes me mad is when someone "pencil whips" the paperwork (especially at a car dealer ship), and writes that something needs to be replaced (which in this case, I had looked at the item a week before and knew it was totally serviceable) and they tell me it needs to be replaced. Furthermore, the item requires some "work" to get to, (just to inspect it) and I could see that that process was NOT even attempted. Now, when I find that people are purposely lying to me, I begin to expect that possibly other items weren't taken care of as they say they were. From prior visits I found that they wrote that fluids were topped off, when in fact in checked them the next day and they were low. Trust isn't what I can say I have regarding the serve personnel here after these incidences. More

Software recall on 2017 toyota corolla Made appointment, no lines. Person came up to promptly and sent me over to advisor. Advisor told me it would take 6 hours and it pretty much did. The Made appointment, no lines. Person came up to promptly and sent me over to advisor. Advisor told me it would take 6 hours and it pretty much did. The only reason not 5 stars instead of 4, was that the car was not washed. I guess at Maita Toyota you need to request a car wash, instead of expecting it. Every Toyota that comes out of a dealership, should look as sharp as can be, whether it is services or sales. It would make people say that is one sharp car and want to buy. Also, just the little things creates loyalty from the customer. More

Good, until I stepped outside to view the cars on the lot. I was there for a service on my car. All that went fine. A bit longer than expected, but no problem. While waiting with my grandson, who had a fantastic time playing on the pirate ship, and looking at the tropical fish. I wondered over to the new cars, (with my grandson) to see a new the Prius V. None were on the floor, so I went outside to look. As soon as I opened the door a sales man was there and asked if there was something I was interested in? I said I was just wanted to look at a new Prius V. He called out to some other guy, and told me to go ask him. So I repeated myself. I want to look... He walked us out and showed me two older ones. I said no that's not what I was looking for, he then asked me in a very stern voice "what are you doing here?" I told him my car was being serviced and I was just looking for a car I might want in the future. He then berated me for wasting his time, approx. 3 minutes. He also said that it was a "problem" for the sales men when people from the service area, JUST look around. He was rude, unprofessional, and slightly scary. The intimidating type. With my grandson at my side, I choose to ignore him and his bad manners. More

Servicing went smoothly, but they did not have two replacement bulbs. I had to bring the car back that evening so work could be completed. Marlon the service manager, was helpful in offering Uber rides which I did not end up needing. The next morning my car's repairs were done quickly and he contacted me to say the car was ready. Great service! More

He was super friendly, informative, and worked hard for me. I also needed new tires and did some minor research on tire prices the day before and came in with a price I found online. It did not fall under the price match policy since it was a warehouse but he fought to get me as close to the price as He could. He then went up and above to give me not only a $100 off on top of that, but he also got me a car rental, which I badly needed as I had a job Iinterview later that day, which I would have missed if I was not able to get a free rental. I got the job too. He made me feel like a friend/family memeber was helping me out rather than just another number giving him a bunch of money. Absolutely outstanding customer service from Steve Morris. If it weren’t for him, I would have missed that interview and also would have been out like another $300. Thanks Steve! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. More

They later told me that the issue was the starter and I payed $800 for the starter. A couple days later the car was not running. I took it back and now they are telling me that I need to pay another $150 for a diagnosis and the starter warranty will not be covered. How can I be sure the starter was truly the problem? The service helper was not helpful and did not want to take any responsibility. How is it my fault that they missed something? Why should I pay for another diagnosis when they missed something during the diagnosis? What a joke, I feel exploited! Maita Toyota has lost a customer. I do not see Zack Carter's name on the list, but he was not friendly and I did not feel like he tried to help or diffuse the situation at all. More
