I needed a regular maintenance, but was told of a recall. I arrived on time, they greeted me, took me into shop. I knew it was an all day appt, because of a recall on the transmission, so I asked for a rental I arrived on time, they greeted me, took me into shop. When I thought it should me done, I called, and they said it was done, so I went to get my car, and asked the service man why he didn't call, and he said he did call, and said what time he called. I never got the call, so this is the only thing that happened in the negative. It was a nice experience. This is the second new car I have purchased at Maita Toyota. They are a super business. More

'86 4Runner Diagnostic My car had failed a SMOG test. Maita mechanic (who apparently had experience with my "fossil" model) tweeked engine such that it passed the re-test.
