Great Experience Maita Toyota employees are so mannerly and caring. I never have to wait because I try to get in their driveway right after they open. service department was very busy but slow to get me out the I had a 9:35 service appointment but was still waiting and had not seen a service adviser by 9:50 AM. Appointment was to have door guards and a rear bumper applique (clear) installed on my new Camry. My service adviser was great. He told me it was about an hour's work to do what was required. At noon, TWO HOURS later, the car was ready. I will not make an appointment on a Monday morning in the future, but rather wait until later in the week. I think I should have been comped for some of the work, since it took TWICE AS LONG to do the job. More
