Very long wait but in the end I was satisfied with the serve I have yet to be dissatisfied with the service departments staff and their willingness to help and please. Keeping Up With Car Maintenance I have used Maita Service for many years and I appreciate their good service. I tried to schedule on-line but what I got was this busy page that did not function properly and is a great discouragement to even try to deal with. Just call the number and book with someone on the phone. It is much simpler and don't even look at their on-line page. It gives the wrong impression of what this place is really like! More

Battery Check Maita is my service center by choice for my RAV4. Normally, I setup an appointment, but for this visit I felt there was an issue with starting my car Maita is my service center by choice for my RAV4. Normally, I setup an appointment, but for this visit I felt there was an issue with starting my car and wanted my battery checked out. Maita was able to checkout my issue and also completed my next service maintenance since it was due on the afternoon I arrived at the service center. My battery was not charging properly and was replaced and the service was completed in two hours. I waited in the comfortable and spacious wait area and enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee. I appreciate that my issue was taken seriously and that I have another six months before maintenance is needed. More

Slow but considerate Took 4 hours to replace a tire on a hub. Could not get Lift notified for over an hour. Very pleasant service representative. These are ongoing.
