AWFUL SERVICE Let me start out by saying, this used to be the dealership I recommended to anyone in the market to get a car. I had sent several people in. However, Let me start out by saying, this used to be the dealership I recommended to anyone in the market to get a car. I had sent several people in. However, that ended in July. The dealership called me to inform me of a recall on my truck. We scheduled an appointment. I dropped my car off early on Monday morning and was kindly given a rental car. I was told that the repair would only take 4-6 hours after which they would call me and that I could pick my truck up by the end of the day. The day goes by and I hear nothing, which I understand as maybe they got busy and it took a little longer than expected. So I call the next day to get an update. The person at the service department could not tell me a single thing about my truck. I asked for an estimated time of completion or any information. She told me she didn't know, nothing more. I ask then if it is possible to talk to my service advisor. She tells me he will call me later, which never happened. Two more days go by and I have yet to hear a thing. Thursday I call again to get more information. Once again, I am given absolutely no information. I ask again for the service advisor to call me and, once again, he does not. Two more days go by and I am finally informed that my truck is completed and they can give me no reason why a 4-6 hour job took nearly a week. Once I arrive, the dismal service continues. The dealership lost my keys and could not find them for about 30 minutes. Then when they were supposed to bring my truck around, surprise, they forgot. Also, the $100 visa gift card that Toyota had promised with the recall was lost. I was told they would call in me a week so I could pick up the gift card.. Still have yet to hear back. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone again. More

Could have been a Five Star Called and made an 8:20 Appt. For oil and filter change. When my daughter got there she was told a 1:20 wait. I did not know this. What is the purpose of an appt. if the customer is going to have to wait anyway? I called after an hour and she then explained all this to me. She said her car had not moved. I called back and got to speak to a very nice lady who informed me the vehicle was ready. I still can not figure out what was going on. I called my daughter back and she told me the service writer was now getting her car and it was all finished. Then she asked me when brake pads had been changed and service writer wanted to get info. Into computer. I do not know when vehicle was completed or how long it was sitting completed. If these guys are on commission take them off so they can treat the customer correctly and not have to worry about their wallets. When was the last time you had made a doctor’s appt. and told you had to wait for an hour and 20 minutes??? More

The only thing I think they could do better is the complimentary wash which could include a little inside detail work to really make you feel appreciated. I've been here several times and only have been offered the cheap quick car wash this last time, but it was better than nothing I guess? More
